Erin Simpson began her real estate career in her hometown of New Orleans, LA. A graduate of the University of the South (Sewanee), she moved back to Middle Tennessee and joined Village Real Estate in 2006.

In addition to Erin’s extensive training in real estate investment, contracts, ethics, and marketing, she is also a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design’s Interior Architecture Program. At RISD Erin focused on renovation design, urban revitalization, and the rehabilitation of existing architecture.

In her 16 years as a Realtor, Erin has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients including first-time home buyers as well as real estate developers. She has completed the requirements necessary for the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) Designation, Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Designation, as well as the EcoBroker Designation.

Erin currently resides in the 12South neighborhood. She is currently a board member for 12South Patrons at Play, an all-volunteer nonprofit founded to preserve community in this rapidly growing neighborhood.
